By placing an order with FarhaModest, you agree to these store terms. They are intended to be clear and practical for a small made-to-order modestwear shop.

Products and availability

Product colours can vary slightly between screens and batches. Measurements are provided as a guide and may have small tolerances. If a selected colour or option becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you before proceeding.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in AUD. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on this website.

Shipping and customs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, local taxes or delivery handling charges applied by their country.

Returns and consumer rights

Please read our returns and exchanges policy. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
